While Secure Medical Care provides a variety of urgent care services, we feel it is important for you to have a primary care physician for ongoing medical problems, such as high blood pressure or diabetes. If you are new to the Montgomery or Prince George's County areas, we can suggest primary care physicians and specialists for you.

Although we are equipped to handle most routine illnesses, injuries, and conditions, patients who are experiencing traumatic or life-threatening illnesses or injuries – such as major head trauma, chest pain, severe abdominal pain, or loss of consciousness – should go directly to the hospital emergency department.
